The standard triple room was spotless and well-appointed with a great shower. the location was excellent, really close to other areas, the coast, and an active pub. - Burgh Baptist Church was within walking distance.

Fabulous hotel, approaching staff and fab food. Spotless room with bathroom, coffee facilities, great shower as expected. Nice building, brilliant location not far from Skegness, and the sea side. Again, not far from Orchard Farm Equestrian. Good bar area.

Really comfortable experience there. Everything there were perfect, including clean facilities. The breakfasts at 8.50. Good service offered.

This place has a wonderful location next to the beaches and a co-op, with free parking being a great bonus, plus the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips.

The food was excellent with a good choice of options. I appreciated the standard triple room. - the location was lovely and excellent, steps away from old town. - Plus there was a lake within a 25-minute walk or so.
